We build and operate an ERP application for e-commerce sellers. For each seller account that authorises it, the application connects to the marketplace through its official API and brings products, orders, inventory, fulfilment and settlement into one management console.
TELOS PACKAGING LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We develop and operate ERP software for merchants who sell on e-commerce marketplaces, and we integrate with those marketplaces through their official APIs.
Sellers who run listing, purchasing, warehousing and settlement from one team, and need those records in one system rather than spread across each marketplace's own back office.
The application reads and writes only what the seller has authorised, through the marketplace's own API. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time; access stops immediately and the data is deleted within 30 days.
Each capability below maps to data the marketplace exposes through its official API, retrieved only for seller accounts that have authorised our application.
Product master data, listing attributes, images, variation relationships and category attributes. Listings are created and maintained on the seller's behalf, with every change logged with acting user, timestamp and old and new values.
A consolidated order desk: order items, order and shipment status, packing and dispatch, carrier labels and tracking through to delivery. Where the fulfilment model requires buyer contact data, it is used only to ship that order.
Stock by warehouse and batch, inbound shipment plans, received quantities reconciled against quantities sent, replenishment planning, stock ageing and low-stock alerts.
Settlement reports, fees, refunds and related financial events reconciled line by line, combined with the seller's own cost data to produce revenue, cost and profit figures.
Sales trends, product performance, traffic and conversion, inventory turnover and capital occupancy, presented alongside the aggregated market data the platform makes available.
The seller's own item prices and the reference pricing the platform publishes, plus price changes and campaign enrolment applied according to target prices and margin floors the seller configures. Full change history retained.
All traffic runs over TLS 1.2 or 1.3. API credentials are encrypted with AES-256, and buyer contact fields are encrypted at the column level with AES-256-GCM, with keys held separately from the data they protect.
Each authorising seller account is a separate tenant; data from one account is never readable from another. Access inside our team is granted by job function, and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication.
A seller can revoke authorisation at any time. Access stops immediately and that account's data is deleted within 30 days, including from backups on their next rotation.
Buyer contact data is used only to fulfil and ship the order it relates to. We do not build marketing profiles, do not carry out automated decision-making about individuals, and do not sell or trade data.
We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and our supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office. We maintain a written incident response plan, reviewed every six months; a security incident involving platform or seller data is reported to the affected platform and seller within 24 hours of detection.
Full detail on what we process, the legal basis, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
